Blizzard Beach Reopening 2024. Starting november 4, blizzard beach will reopen and typhoon lagoon will close. Since the closures of the disney parks during the covid pandemic walt disney world has only opened one water park at a time, disney has not announced any refurbishment work that would consistently close the parks six months at a time.

Each year, disney world’s two water parks alternate openings so the other can receive planned refurbishments. However, disney’s typhoon lagoon water park is open!
